CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT? DO YOU OFFER WALK-IN CLINIC SERVICES?

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome during clinic days. We have clinic every two weeks, best to call ahead to see what weekend is free. Your appointment may take longer because we will have to pull and build your file.

WHAT IS THE COST?

Our base cost has always been $200. Some years we have been able to establish discounts for patients, but other years we cannot. We will never go above the $200 base price. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our our patients.

ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?

No, we accept cash or card. Insurance will not cover your annual visit.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO THE APPOINTMENT?

You need to bring a valid driver’s license if you are a returning renewal. If you are a new patient then you need to bring your ID your medical files pertaining to your qualifying condition. We will copy these and give them back to you but keep the copies on record for the future. We also request you bring your primary care facilitates number and address if we need to obtain new medical records for you.

HOW LONG ARE THE APPOINTMENTS?

We understand out patients are very busy so we try out best to make our visit present and short. An appointment should last about 10-20 minutes. We have updated out systems and programs this last year to speed up the process for our patients. Make sure you let us know if you can see something we can do better!
